At WRAPvehicles, we are fortunate to work with some of the most passionate car enthusiasts in the UK – the kind of clients who believe that their supercars should be as unique as their personality. This particular project involved a Lamborghini Huracán STO, one of the most extreme road-legal track cars Lamborghini has ever built. But for our client, that simply wasn’t enough – the brief was clear: make it look even more outrageous.
 
Our client wanted a design that would stand out at exclusive rally events across the UK and Europe, such as Modball Rally and Gumball Rally. The idea? A bold, fading gradient wrap that would transform the look of the car while still celebrating its aggressive design language.

The Concept

The goal was to create a striking gradient that transitioned from deep matte black into a vibrant, Lamborghini-inspired green. The finish was kept matte throughout to add an extra edge and make the aggressive bodywork look even more purposeful.

The Challenges

Gradient wraps are not for the faint-hearted. The Huracán STO has incredibly complex shapes and curves, and when you’re working with a fading colour pattern, any misalignment becomes instantly obvious. Our design and production teams worked meticulously to pre-empt potential issues, making sure the fade was perfectly balanced and lined up across both sides of the car and around its aerodynamic details.

The Result

The final result was a one-of-one car that stops traffic wherever it goes. The gradient flows seamlessly from front to back, creating a sense of motion even when the car is standing still. For our client, this wasn’t just a wrap – it was a way to take an already special car and make it truly unique.
